1. Object

Londur provides the podcast studio for:

  • Independent use, where the client uses the facilities and equipment autonomously;

  • Use with included services, where the client hires additional services, such as technical support, assistance during recording, audio/video editing, among others previously agreed upon.

2. Reservations and Payments

  • Reservations must be made through direct contact with Londur (email, phone, or website form).

  • The reservation is only considered valid after confirmation by Londur.

  • Payment must be made according to the agreed conditions (in advance, deposit, or on the day itself), which may vary depending on the type of service contracted.

  • Londur reserves the right to require a deposit in certain situations.

3. Use of the Studio

  • The client agrees to use the studio and equipment appropriately, ensuring their good condition.

  • It is strictly prohibited to:

    • Smoke or consume illegal substances on the premises;

    • Damage, remove, or alter the equipment;

    • Use the space for illegal, immoral purposes or those that infringe on third-party rights.

  • In the case of independent use, the responsibility for operating the equipment lies with the client. Londur is not responsible for technical failures resulting from improper handling.

4. Included Services

  • When contracted, technical support and/or recording/editing services will be provided by Londur professionals according to the previously agreed plan.

  • The delivery deadlines for final materials (e.g., edited audio or video files) will be defined between the parties.

5. Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the reservation do not incur additional costs.

  • Cancellations after this period may result in partial or full charges of the agreed amount.

  • Date changes are subject to studio availability.

6. Client Responsibility

  • The client is responsible for any damage caused to the facilities or equipment during the usage period.

  • The client agrees to comply with the conduct and safety standards of Londur.

7. Londur's Responsibility

  • Londur ensures that the studio and equipment are in normal working conditions.

  • Londur is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from unforeseen interruptions, technical failures beyond its control, or misuse by the client.

  • Londur is not responsible for personal belongings left on the premises.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content recorded by the client in the studio is the exclusive property of the client, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Londur may request written authorization from the client to use excerpts of recordings solely for the promotion of its services.

9. Changes to the Terms

Londur may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on the official website.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the company's headquarters jurisdiction.
